Very glad that we could share the understanding that not only language skills and familiarity with specialized fields, but also knowledge of history, cultural and social backgrounds are very important for accurate understanding of contents among those who use different languages.
異なる言語を用いる者の間で、内容を正確に理解するためには、語学力や専門分野に精通しているだけでなく、歴史や文化的・社会的背景の知識も非常に重要なことをご理解頂けて、認識を共有できて大変嬉しいです。
History is inevitably subjective, so when you study, research, or gain knowledge of history as an education, think about whose point of view it was written from, and try to question and verify it without assuming it is correct.
歴史にはどうしても主観が入るので、
歴史を学んだり研究したり教養として知識を得る際に、誰の立場から書かれたものか考えたり、正しいと決めつけずに疑って検証もしてみてください。
Don't believe too much in any information, indirect or direct, books or workshops, but choose and decide for yourself, and enjoy freely how you interpret and apply what you learn.
Anything can be better and worse, depending on the person, and the way of using.
間接的情報も直接的情報も、本でもワークショップでも、
どんな事も信じすぎずに自分で選んで決めて、どう解釈してどう活かすか何を学ぶか、自由に楽しんでください。

We mainly share our practical knowledge and experience in the field of Shibari, along with theory, but shibari(tying) itself evolves, and names and common sense change with time and generalization.
縛りに関して、私たちは、主に実践的な知識や経験を理論とともにお伝えしてますが、
縛り方自体も進化しますし、時代や一般化によって名称や常識も変わったりもします。
When it comes to history, we are not experts, and our knowledge is limited and growing.
歴史に関しては、専門家ではありませんし、私たちの知識も限定的で成長中です。
Overseas, the interest in Japanese SM and Kinbaku is much higher (more than the average modern Japanese) than the Japanese people think, and the amount of knowledge, collection, willingness to learn, skill, and number of people in foreign countries have started to surpass the Japanese people a few years ago.
Japanese people still may have the advantage of just being Japanese, but it is true that we are concerned about the future of Kinbaku in Japan, because pride is a hindrance to improvement and pursuit.
海外では、日本人が考えている以上に、日本のSMや緊縛への関心が(現代の日本人平均以上に)非常に高く、知識量もコレクションも学習意欲と技術も人数も、数年前から海外勢が日本勢を凌駕し始めています。
日本人というだけでの優位性はまだあるかもしれませんが、慢心は向上や追求の妨げになるので、日本の緊縛の将来を危惧しているのは事実です。
As what we can and should do, we try to share as much as we can about the heart/spirit of Shibari, Akechi and Japan, including our experiences and knowledge specific to Akechi-sensei from our point of view, as well as general values, culture and society as Japanese people who have lived in Japan, to everyone around the world through our private lessons in Japan, and also online through our weekly salon and monthly study groups.

In QUEEROPE, we also introduced ourselves about Kanna's gender (mtx, pansexual), but since it's a topic we often talk about and it's an inseparable part of our life, and since kink is also included in minorities as a sexual orientation, we've put together a brief LGBT timeline about the boom/movement and name change of sexual minorities in Japan.
