Sparks, an Australian deshi(disciple/pupil) who recently relocated and opened a new studio, will be performing a Kinbaku live show at SM Show Bar Ash in Nagoya on 15 March, in conjunction with his training trip to Japan this year!
He will be performing on two stages, so please feel free to come along!
We will not be performing, so we look forward to welcoming you all on the floor☆
オーストラリアの弟子で、先日、新スタジオを移転オープンしたスパークが、
今年の日本への修行旅行に伴いまして、３月１５日に名古屋のSMショーBARアッシュさんで、緊縛ライブをやらせていただく事になりました！
２ステージ出演いたしますので、ぜひ気軽にお越しくださると嬉しいです♡
私たちは出演しませんので、フロアで皆さまのお越しをお待ちしてます！
Kanna's relationship with Mistress Hibiki, the owner-mum of Ash, is such that Kanna has frequently given Kanna-ryu Kinbaku coaching since 2011 to Hibiki san and other dominatrices in the Ash and SM club Absolute, which she ran. She performed at DX Kabukicho SM Convention's first Kanna's produce Day KannaDX in 2023 and KannaDX Vol.2 at the last DX Kabukicho SM Convention in 2019, with her Ash group.
Hibiki san's passion for the show and Kanna has led us to perform at the Ash every year since 2012, with the exception of the pandemic, and we have thus known Hibiki san and her Ash for a long time.
神凪とアッシュのオーナーママのHibikiさんとは、
Hibikiさんをはじめとして、経営されていたSMクラブアブソルトとアッシュに所属する女王様方に、2011年以来、度々神凪流の緊縛指導を行ってきています。2013年にはDX歌舞伎町SM大会の神凪初プロデュースDay神凪DXと、2019年のデラカブ最後の神凪スペシャルに、アッシュ軍団を引き連れてご出演くださいました。
アッシュには、Hibikiさんの熱い思いを受けて、2012年以降、コロナ禍を除いて毎年出演させて頂いており、長いお付き合いです。
We are very grateful and happy that our deshi will be performing on such an Ash stage this time!
At the same time, Kanna is more nervous than ourselves' appearance about our deshi's debut appearance in a bar that is not our independent show, in a show bar that is a mass of professionals, and in a bar that we have a close relationship with.
Although the bar has a strong overseas element, this is Sparks' first performance in Japan, the birthplace of Kinbaku culture, and we want him to experience the tension of how well his present art will work and how it will be appreciated by both discerning audience who have seen them through the ages and those who are new to SM, and to accumulate practice and take it into his future.
今回は、そんなアッシュのステージに弟子が出演させて頂く事になり、大変ありがたく嬉しい限りです。
同時に、自主興行ではないよそ様の、プロフェッショナルの塊のショーバーで、しかも縁の深いお店での弟子のデビュー出演に、自分でやる以上に緊張しておりますw
海外要素が強いお店ではあるものの、
スパークにとっては緊縛文化発祥の地である日本での初舞台。時代を越えて見てきた目の肥えたお客様からSMが初めてなお客様まで、芸がどれだけ通用するのか、どう評価されるのか、という緊張感を味わって、実践を積み重ねて将来に繋げてもらいたいと願ってます。
Kanna always says that a show is not just about showcasing tying skills, but about what we want to attract and can fascinate with/in shibari.
We are looking forward to seeing what he will show us this time, and we hope that you will also enjoy watching him grow together!
This time there will be two stages, so we're thinking of giving each one a different challenge☆
ショーはただ縛りの技術を披露するのではなく、縛りを使って何を魅せたいか、魅せられるかが大事だと神凪は常々言ってますが、
彼が今回何を魅せてくれるのか、私たち自身も楽しみですし、皆さまにもぜひ一緒に成長も含めて楽しんでいただきたいです！
今回は２部のステージがあるので、それぞれに違う課題を与えてみようと考えてます☆

Recently, we feel that we have reached an age where we are looking forward to seeing the growth and success of a new generation, both professional and amateur, including workshops in Japan and abroad, and we are happy and proud to be able to contribute.
We hope that beginners and veterans, young and old, teachers and students, Japanese and non-Japanese, will be able to stimulate each other and improve through friendly competition!
ここ最近は、国内外でのワークショップも含めて、プロアマに関わらず、新世代の成長や活躍が楽しみな年齢になってきたなと感じるし、貢献できることに喜びや誇りを感じてます。
初心者もベテランも、若い人も年長者も、師匠も弟子も、日本人も外国人も、
お互いが良い刺激になって切磋琢磨しながら向上しあえたらなぁと願ってます！
Sparks will also be at the Tokyo Salon and workshop in March, so if you want to be tied up, this is a great opportunity!
Other students from Australia will be with us too, so you can touch the passion for Kinbaku that is loved across oceans and the excellence of techniques in the world these days.
